Order Processing

We craft every jar of Nuttinosh pistachio butter by hand, in small batches with care. Because of our artisanal process, please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
(Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.)

Shipping Methods & Estimates

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • Once your order leaves our facility, typical transit times are 2–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items.

  • Occasionally we may offer free shipping promotions for orders above a certain amount — check our website or newsletter for current offers.

Signature and Security

Since our nut butters are delivered in glass jars, we strongly recommend ensuring a secure delivery location or safe drop-off spot. In rare cases jars may arrive broken — please handle with care.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow the progress of your delivery via the carrier’s website.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take every precaution to pack our jars safely — high-quality glass and thoughtful packaging help ensure safe arrival. Nuttinosh.com+1
If your package arrives damaged, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@nuttinosh.com as soon as possible.
Include your order number and a photo of the damage (for damaged shipments) or details of the missing package so we can assist you promptly.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship internationally. (Add a note here if you plan to expand to international markets in the future.)

Changes to Your Order

If you need to make changes to your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@nuttinosh.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request — but once the order has shipped, we can’t guarantee changes.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for incorrect addresses that result in failed delivery, returned packages, or additional shipping fees.
