What is the shelf life of your butter?
After opening, refrigerate and enjoy Nuttinosh within 4-6 months for freshest results. Nuttinosh pistachio butter can also stay on your shelf unopened for approximately 12 months.
Should I refrigerate it?
Yes! Once you’ve opened your pistachio butter, we recommend refrigeration for maximum freshness and extended usage. For the best consistency, give it a quick stir before use.
How should I store my nut butter?
We recommend storing your unopened Nuttinosh pistachio butter in a cool, dry place.
Why does the oil separate in the jars?
This is totally normal! Our products are free of emulsifiers, stabilizers, and other artificial additives that act as binding agents, so you may see some natural oil separation. Simply give it a stir and enjoy!
Are all your products peanut-free?
Yes, Nuttinosh is peanut-free! At this time we exclusively make pistachio butters. However, some areas of our production facility may come into contact with potential allergens.
Are all your products made on the same machinery?
Yes! We are a small business, and use small-batch production for all Nuttinosh pistachio butters. All of our products are made in the same way and in the same place, every time.
Are your products Vegan, Non-GMO and Gluten-Free?
Yes! All of our Nuttinosh products are Dairy-free, Non-GMO, Gluten-free, Vegan, Keto and Paleo friendly. You can enjoy to your (healthy) heart’s content!
Do you offer sample sizes?
No, we are currently not producing any sample sizes at this time. However, this is something that we have done in the past, and may consider doing again.
How often do you offer new flavors?
At Nuttinosh, we’re always making, iterating, and creating. So our next new thing could be right around the corner! Stay in the loop by joining our email list, and you’ll be one of the first to know.
Do you have a storefront?
While we do not have a physical brick-and-mortar store, you can purchase all of our delicious Nuttinosh products right here in our online shop. We also have occasional pop-ups in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area, so follow us on social media to see where we go next!
Do you offer gift cards?
No, we are not offering gift cards or certificates at this time.

My order is wrong. What should I do?
We apologize for your incorrect order! Real humans pack your order, and sometimes we make mistakes! If this happens, please send your concern (along with your order number) to: support@nuttinosh.com. Please also attach a photo of the product you have received so we can correct this.
I don’t like my product. Can I exchange or return it?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. We hope the detailed product information for each of our butters helps you select the right flavor based on your preferences.
My package was damaged. What should I do?
We’re so sorry this happened! We try our best to pack your shipment well, but jars can still break. We use high-quality glass jars for maximum freshness and in an effort to minimize our waste footprint as a small business. Please contact support@nuttinosh.com with your concern. Include your order number and a photo of the damage so that we can find a solution.
