At NUTTINOSH, every jar is handcrafted with care — and we want you to love what you receive. Because our products are perishable and made in small batches, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges once your order has shipped. However, we’re committed to making things right if something goes wrong.
Incorrect or Missing Items
We’re so sorry if your order wasn’t quite right! Real humans pack each shipment, and sometimes mistakes happen. If you received an incorrect item or your order is incomplete, please email support@nuttinosh.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the product you received, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Damaged Packages
We do our best to pack every jar with care, but occasionally things happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@nuttinosh.com within 7 days of delivery.
Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the damage so we can help resolve the issue promptly.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our nut butters are perishable, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as taste preference. We encourage you to review our detailed product descriptions before ordering to find the perfect flavor for you.
Refunds
Refunds for damaged or incorrect products will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method once confirmed by our team. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
