Hello everyone! Summer is in full swing, we’ve been so busy! With so much going on from sun-up to sundown, sometimes it’s nice to make something easy. So, that’s what we did!


If you're looking for a sweet treat that's both simple and indulgent, these Dark Chocolate Pistachio Butter Cups are the perfect recipe to try. With the rich flavor of Nuttinosh Pistachio Butter and the bold intensity of dark chocolate, each bite delivers a satisfying balance of creamy, crunchy, and just the right amount of sweetness.


Using our Nuttinosh pistachio butter instead of peanut butter takes your dessert cups to the next level with a unique, gourmet twist. Naturally, this also means no peanuts, and can be a little bit more friendly to folks with a pesky peanut allergy.

Let’s break it down! Here’s What You Need For Your Pistachio Butter Cups:

Dark Chocolate.

Dark chocolate is a tasty and slightly healthier choice for our cups because it offers a rich flavor that perfectly complements the salty and nutty taste of pistachio butter. It’s also lower in sugar content, and packed with antioxidants!

Nuttinosh Roasted Pistachio Butter.

We’re sticking with our classic Roasted Pistachio Butter for this recipe! If you like that extra pinch of saltiness with a chocolatey dessert, you can experiment with our Sea Salt Pistachio Butter.

Chopped nuts.

These can be your favorite nuts of choice - you can stick with pistachios, or mix it up with walnuts, cashews, or pecans!

Pretzels.

What an easy way to get a delicious crunch, and a pinch of salt to balance out our flavors! I slightly crushed our pretzels to get smaller pieces.

Delicious Dark Chocolate Pistachio Butter Cups by Anosha Singh

Prep Time: 10 min

Chill Time: 10-15 min

Total Time: 20-25 min


Makes approximately 3 large pistachio butter cups.


Ingredients:

  • ½ cup dark chocolate, melted
  • Approx. 3 tbsp of Nuttinosh Roasted Pistachio Butter
  • Nuts of preference, about a handful
  • Broken up pretzel pieces, about a handful
  • Paper cupcake liners, one for each cup


Directions:

1. Melt your dark chocolate - you can do this step over the stove or using a microwave. Check in and stir your chocolate as it melts to ensure that it won’t burn!

2. Place a layer of melted chocolate into each cupcake liner, about ½ inch thick.

3. Add your nuts of choice and your pretzels into each cupcake liner.

4. Use a spoon to drizzle your Nuttinosh Roasted Pistachio Butter into each cup. You can create fun designs and patterns if you like!

5. Place a final layer of melted chocolate on top, encasing your pretzels, nuts, and pistachio butter on the inside of the cup.

6. Place in the fridge for 1 hour or until your chocolate is set.

7. Store in an airtight container and enjoy within 4-5 days.
