Artisan means handcrafted with intention , and that’s exactly how every jar of Nuttinosh is made. Instead of large industrial runs, we work in small batches so each step can be carefully guided by sight, sound, and feel.
We gently roast our pistachios in small roasting runs to bring out their natural sweetness and depth of flavor. They’re then ground slowly, allowing the oils to release naturally for a creamy, spoonable texture without the need for added oils or stabilizers. Each batch is filled and labeled by hand, because care doesn’t stop once the grinding does.
We choose this slower, more thoughtful process because it delivers what mass production can’t:
